Thankful Tree Gratitude Craft for Kids — Free Printable Thanksgiving Activity
A sweet Thanksgiving tradition your whole family can build together!
Our Thankful Tree is a free printable gratitude craft for kids. Print the big bare tree page as your base, then print as many leaf pages as you need. Children write or draw one thing they are thankful for on each leaf, cut the leaves out, and glue them onto the tree — and all through November, the tree fills up with gratitude.
There are lined leaves for children who are writing, and blank leaves for younger children who would rather draw their thankful things. There are also coloring leaves and two pages of smaller leaves that fit more on the tree. It is a gentle, screen-free way to slow down and talk about thankfulness at home, in the classroom, or around the holiday table.
What is inside:
• A cover page with the finished Thankful Tree
• A simple how-to page for grown-ups
• A big tree base page with lots of room for leaves
• Lined leaves for writing and blank leaves for drawing
• A page of coloring leaves kids can color themselves first
• Two pages of smaller leaves, one in fall colors and one to color, with 12 kinds of tree leaves to learn
• A closing thank-you page
Details:
• Format: PDF digital download
• Size: US Letter, 8.5 × 11 in (portrait)
• Pages: 9
• Ages: Pre-K through elementary — fun for the whole family
